Commercial Project
The 280,000 sq ft office building is located on the famous Baker street home to sherlock homles with nine stories above ground and 2 basement levels below ground and including 24 multi-million apartments, So the highest standard of workmanship was required throughout the project. Internal decorations to these modernistic Apartments included the use of Dulux Mouldshield Fungicidal Eggshell applied to the showers, water closets and kitchen areas. Specialist coatings applied to steel beams and concrete floors to basement carparks whilst traditional painting products were used in the decoration of ceilings, walls and woodwork within the office block.
